Planning Portal Lodgements was established after it became evident that the introduction of the NSW Planning Portal had caused much confusion and difficulty with lodging applications to councils and certifiers.
Our business has simply sought to "fill the gap", where someone who doesn’t have the time or who doesn’t understand the NSW Planning Portal system well, can use someone who will help them lodge their plans and application documents on their behalf. We do not provide false guarantees of quick or easy approvals and our business does not promise that your development proposal will be approved – we simply lodge applications and information on the NSW Planning Portal for you.
Our business currently services a core group of clients who undertake multiple housing applications across Sydney and other areas of NSW.
