About us
Planning Portal Lodgements is a business that specialises and assists those who wish to develop on their land in New South Wales and to lodge applications under the NSW Planning Portal.
The NSW Planning Portal was established by the NSW Government to be an online environment where the community and industry can liaise with government on issues relating to development in NSW.
The NSW Planning Portal is the only way that community and industry can now lodge applications for development approval to councils, certifiers or other organisations. The NSW Planning Portal has now become fully operational and is mandatory for all application lodgements in NSW.
Planning Portal Lodgements is a service business that simply assists owners, developers and industry in lodging these applications on the NSW Planning Portal. We offer a service for those that may not understand the system or for those who are time poor and require help in lodging applications via the NSW Planning Portal.

Types of applications and approvals
- Planning Portal Lodgements specialise in lodging of applications with a consent authority (usually a council), a registered certifier (private certifier) or other authority.
- The service that we offer is simply to lodge applications on the NSW Planning Portal on your behalf.
- These include the following types of applications:
- Development application lodgement with council.
- Construction certificate application lodgements with your certifier or council.
- Complying development certificate application lodgements with your certifier or council.
- Subdivision certificate and subdivision works certificate lodgements relating to the subdivision of land (Torrens, Strata or Community Title).
- Principal certifier appointment that allows the building works to start.
- Occupation certificate application lodgements with your certifier or council.
- Modification application lodgements (such as Section 4.55 modifications of development applications to council).
